Space Exploration on One Map

In Uncategorized on June 12, 2010 by Vikas

Space exploration has gone a very long way in a relatively short amount of time. Just 50 years ago, space missions were all about unknown factors and figuring out what would work. Now we’ve got rocket science down to, well, a science, and space missions are more routine.

As it is, in between the matches in the ongoing World Cup, while fritter time ,I found two maps which describes space exploration since the last 50years(1) and all the missions to Mars(2). Click the pick to visit a zoomed version of booth one. the Mission to Mars is only a image but the first one is a national geographic interactive map.
